Ingredients	Sugar, Red bean pastes, syrup, agar
Best before	4 months at room temperature. Once opened, place in the refrigerator and consume within 10 days.

Yokan is a traditional Japanese confectionery made of simple ingredients: sugar, azuki beans, syrup, and agar.The azuki beans used as ingredients are produced in Hokkaido, Japan.This product does not contain flour.　It is also free of eggs, oil, butter, gelatin, and other animal products. Recommended for dieters and vegans.

How to open

１．Hold the cut end and pull it softly to your direction.

２．Tear it to the right.

3.Cut the amount you want, then wrap the rest with plastic wrap and keep in refrigerator.

Be careful not to push from above or pull yohkan out of the bag, because the layer and texture of yohkan might change.
